When was the last time you gave yourself a pat on the back and said, "you're doing a great job"?
I'm not ashamed to say that it's kind of rare that I applaud myself for simply being me---for knocking out even the smallest accomplishments. Normally, it isn't until I've reached a point in my life where I have to think back on everything I've done, instead of applauding in the now.
How about you?
I truly believe that whatever we face, what we believe and how we think is what manifests and leads us to the next stage of our lives. It also assists in how we manage the steps that follow.
Our generation is dealing with a new level of depression and self-doubt. We're embracing this pitiful feeling towards who we are and where we are at in our lives and for some strange reason, we're believing the lies.
Of course, there are factors like social media, comparing our lives to friends or even celebrities and the ultimate battle: how we think.
My Encouragement To You On This Beautiful Monday:
Let go of what you have been holding onto for so many years, that is including your SELF.
Charge up your vision and go full force--dive headfirst into that thing you've been wanting to try, but allowed fear to stop you. Start writing down what you're grateful for every morning and use it as a reminder throughout the day when you face a low-frequency moment.
Allow yourself to release and manifest.
You are SO MUCH better than what you think and you deserve more credit than what you are allowing yourself to receive.
I want you to start by changing your thoughts. Relax your mind and find the freedom that is within, patiently waiting to spread its wings.
Get off social media and see what you actually LIKE in real life, that is not influenced by what others like or find popular.
Take a walk in the park today and see how you collaborate with nature.
Because you are so much better than what you THINK, you will need to start changing how you accept that by DOING things differently.
