Simple Ways to Take Better Care of Your Body Right Now

Taking care of your body should be a top priority. After all, without a strong and healthy body, how can you travel, build a business, start a family, or do any of the millions of things you would like to do before you’re too old to do them?

It’s sad then that so many people don’t really treat their bodies right - they let themselves go and they end up feeling too tired and sick to make the most out of life. If you don’t want to be like them, here are some simple things you can do to take care better of your body right now:

 

Eat the Rainbow

No, you won’t build a fitter, healthier body by indulging in a Skittle habit, but if you eat lots of brightly colored fruits and vegetables, you will improve your skin, feed your body lots of nourishing, vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants. You’ll also feel better than you have in a long time!

 

Have Sex Regularly

If you have sex at least twice a week, not only will you look on average seven years younger than your peers, but you will also have an easier time getting to sleep at night, be less prone to stress, and probably a lot happier too!

 

Banish Belly Fat

Being overweight is not good for your health wherever you’re carrying it, but if you have excess belly weight, that’s really bad for so many reasons. If you have belly fat, whether you’re overweight or not, you’re more likely to develop diabetes, have heart problems, suffer a stroke and die early. So banish that fat by any means, whether you opt for exercise, healthy eating or even non-invasive liposuction should be a priority. Get your waist measurements to under 40 inches if you’re a man and under 4 if you’re a woman and your risk will be reduced significantly.


Floss Every Other Day

You only get one set of adult teeth, so it’s important you look after them. Do this by brushing at least twice daily for two minutes and flossing at least once every other day. Doing so will not only ensure you have a healthy mouth and beautiful teeth - it will also cut your risk of things like heart disease, cancer, and diabetes!

Our feet are the workhorses of our body, so it’s weird that we don’t give them a little more attention, when they do so much for us and ensure that we can get around, exercise, etc..
